Dr. Sean Stein Smith

ACC 186, ACC 187, BBA 123

Associate Professor at Lehman College, CUNY, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, chairing its Accounting Working Group. He advises Crescent City Capital, a cryptoasset investment fund, and Hyperion, a crypto accounting startup. An award-winning researcher in accounting, Sean is also a Certified Cryptocurrency Auditor and has completed executive education in AI at MIT. He is currently pursuing certification as an Artificial Intelligence Scientist at the United States Artificial Intelligence Institute.

Petia Abdur-Razzaaq

BBA 188, BBA 189

Digital Marketing Strategist and Principal of The Stylista Group with over 15 years of experience developing impactful digital marketing strategies for clients like Dunkin' Donuts and FleetBank. Former speaker for Constant Contact and Grow with Google. Instructor at Lehman College, where she designed and teaches two social media upskilling courses. Starting Sept. 2024, Petia will serve as a Business Advisor for Goldman Sachs' One Million Black Women: Black in Business Program, a $10B initiative supporting economic opportunities for Black women.

Dr. Hsien-Tseng Wang

BBA 192

Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at Lehman College. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the CUNY Graduate Center, his research focuses on Semantic Web technologies, business analytics, and time series modeling, including innovations in RDF and energy consumption optimization for higher Ed. institutions. Passionate about AI literacy and data-driven education, Dr. Wang equips students, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, with essential skills in data analysis and sustainability analytics. He teaches Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Statistics, and Decision Making courses, emphasizing hands-on learning for success in AI-driven fields.

Kristin Moore-Gantz

BBA 120

Adjunct lecturer specializing in teaching entrepreneurial students how to deliver impactful business presentations. A Pratt Institute graduate with a BFA in Communications, she has over 20 years of experience as a Global Creative Director in the beauty and luxury industries. Kristin has worked with top agencies like Leo Burnett and McCann, creating campaigns for renowned brands such as Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, and Sotheby’s. With expertise in branding iconic products like Maybelline and Essie, Kristin emphasizes presentation as an art form—combining passion, theatricality, and audience connection. She now shares her insights to help students present confidently and effectively.
